Constance McKenna
Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner
Constance is an NDIS registered behaviour support practitioner and newest member of the Happy Lives Therapeutic Supports team, joining us in 2024. She has a broad range of experience, with 10 years working in the mental health, disability, and homelessness sector, along with over 15 years of working with neurotypical and neurodivergent children. She has studied extensively, having earned both a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), and a Bachelor of Social Work from the Queensland University of Technology.
Constance is a warm and caring practitioner. She works in a strengths-based, person-centred manner to improve her participants’ quality of life, through providing trauma informed and inclusive support to individuals and their support networks. She is passionate about ensuring people are leading happy, inclusive lives and are given ample opportunity to learn new skills, increase their independence, and experience new and exciting things to reach their full potential.
Constance will be providing a range of behaviour supports to a range of participants, in our new service area of the inner and northern suburbs.
